Guillermo Weyer has a BSEE from University of Massachusetts and a MSEE in Power System from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Weyer started his career working for National Grid in both the T&D groups. Later he moved his career to CEG where he designed outdoor HV & MV substations for both the Utility and C&I Markets and served as a Power Transformer Forensic Investigator and Expert Witness. Mr. Weyer is a licensed Professional Engineer and a IEEE PES Power System Relay Committee Member and Standards Contributor. Mr. Weyer has spent his 20 yr career immersed in Utility and Industrial Power Systems.

Terry Tow holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. With over 30 years of industry experience, Terry has amassed a wealth of knowledge in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Terry’s career path started with Corporate America with 4 years of Westinghouse/Eaton, followed by 12 years with GE Industrial. He gained invaluable experience with pivotal positions as Pricing Leader, Product Manager, New Product Development, and Sales leader in the competitive New York/New Jersey commercial market. Terry was one of the original founders of Bluefin Energy Solutions and now a partner in the new Bluefin ESI. His diverse experience and educational background have equipped him with a robust skill set in engineering, customer service, and strategic management.

Don Kerwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from the University of Rochester. He has a diverse professional background, having worked at several major companies in the energy sector, including Con Edison, National Grid, Ametek, Rochester Gas & Electric, Electricomm, and Power Engineers. Throughout his
career, Kerwin has gained extensive experience in power engineering and management. His contributions have significantly impacted the operations and efficiency of the companies he has been
associated with.
Bob Carr is a seasoned Sales Engineer and driven professional with a proven track record in technical sales, management, business development, and project management. Bob has served as an Integrated Solutions Engineer and Director of Business Development, demonstrating his versatility and strategic thinking. Educated at Stonehill College his comprehensive skill set includes project engineering, video wall solutions, channel sales, contact management, contract negotiation, and overseeing sales processes. Bob’s ability to integrate technical knowledge with business acumen makes him a valuable asset in any organization.
Constante is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Registered Electrical Engineer. He is a dedicated professional in outside sales. He excels in covering electrical contractors, business owners, and developing new business opportunities through design engineers and various other leads. Educated at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. Constante brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. His ability to foster strong relationships and identify new business prospects makes him an asset to his team and clients alike.
Renzo Norien Nadong is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in project management, inside sales engineering, and substation electrical design engineering. This includes creating technical proposals, project coordination, conflict management, and contract review for key accounts. He has held roles at Meralco Industrial Engineering as a Substation Design Engineer exposed in handling LV up to HV electrical equipment and given responsibilities in project coordination, site kickoff, quantity takeoff, as-built drawings, punch listing, and vendor sourcing for EPC projects. Prior to this he was a Building engineer in Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) in charge of the daily operation and maintenance of the Electrical and Mechanical Equipment of the commercial building he was in charged. Lastly, he was an intern at Siemens Power Operation Inc., gaining experience in O&M for a 2,000MW Combined Cycle Powerplant especially on the Electrical Maintenance of LV, MV and HV equipment. Renzo holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Far Eastern University (FEU) - Institute of Technology.
Jonas Peralta has a BSEE from Lyceum of the Philippines – Laguna and a registered electrical engineer practitioner in the Philippines. With a combined 10 years of diverse experience as a Field Electrical Engineer, Quality Control, and Quantity Surveyor in construction industry handling low voltage systems on projects such as medium to high rise condominiums, land developments as well as railway system. He was also exposed as a HV & MV design engineer on one of the top electrical distributors in the Philippines and handle protection and control systems(Secondary) then started a career of inside sales and project engineer with Bluefin up to date.  
Bob is a project manager for Bluefin with a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY. Bob has worked in the electrical distribution space, for GE Industrial Systems and more for 30 plus years in electrical distribution equipment product and program management. He is responsible for large account project management.
Roi Alex Dejan is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong track record in the construction industry. He has honed his skills in various roles, including Inside Sales Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and Electrical Design Engineer. His professional journey includes significant contributions at Meralco Industrial Engineering Services and Beta Electromechanical Corporation as a Cost/Electrical Design Engineer. Roi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Registered Electrical Engineer and Master Electrician. His technical expertise encompasses Dialux, Revit, electrical design, and AutoCAD, making him a versatile and valuable asset in any engineering project
Lisa received her Bachelor’s Degree from Rhode Island School of Design and has 11 years of experience with Bluefin ESI. She has covered all facets of managing customer expectations on the inside desk from quotations, order entry, expedites, & post sales service. As our office manager, she handles our accounts payable and bookkeeping responsibilities.
Serenity Serrano is a skilled Marketing Specialist and Inside Sales professional at Bluefin ESI, where she combines her expertise in market research, campaign development, and customer relationship management. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Purdue University, Serenity excels at creating innovative marketing strategies, driving brand visibility, and analyzing campaign performance. In her Inside Sales role, she builds lasting relationships with clients, manages outbound and inbound sales activities, and consistently meets sales goals. Known for her strong organizational skills, effective communication, and analytical mindset, Serenity is dedicated to delivering impactful results and contributing to company growth.
Shehana Jean Perez is a skilled Inside Sales Engineer . She graduated from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, specializing in Telecommunications Engineering. Her diverse skill set includes customer service, research, public speaking, sales, and technical sales support. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint, Shehana is also adept in management, negotiation, and accounts payable. She is fluent in English and Tagalog, and has substantial experience in the manufacturing and industrial sales sectors.
Isaac Holds a BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and an HND in the same field. He is an experienced electrical professional with strong skills in panel building, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Isaac is proficient in low and medium-voltage switchboards, PLCs, and industrial automation which has led to successful projects for well-known clients.
